Service scope

PixelXTrim offers image compression, resizing, cropping, conversion, social media sizing, and related educational content. The tools are intended for ordinary image preparation and may not support every file, color profile, metadata field, animation, transparency case, or unusually large image. Image processing occurs locally in your browser whenever possible, and we do not upload or store your images during normal free-tool use.

User responsibilities

You agree to process only images you own or have permission to modify. You must not use PixelXTrim for illegal content, copyrighted material you do not have rights to use, confidential files you are not authorized to process, or activity that violates any law. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or abuse the service with automated scripts or bots.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to images you process with PixelXTrim. PixelXTrim claims no ownership over your image content. The PixelXTrim name, logo, interface, guides, and site design are owned by PixelXTrim and may not be copied or republished without permission.

No professional guarantee

PixelXTrim provides practical web-tool guidance, not legal, design, advertising, accessibility, or search-engine guarantees. Always test downloaded files in the destination system before publishing them.

Availability

We may update, pause, remove, or change features at any time without notice. Browser behavior, device memory, file size, and third-party platform requirements can affect whether a tool works as expected.

Third-party links and ads

The site may link to third-party websites or display advertising after approval. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites, advertisers, or services. Clicking external links or ads is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website, tools, guidance, and output files are provided as-is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output files will meet your expectations. Image compression may reduce quality, so keep backups of original files.

Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelXTrim is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses related to use of the website, including lost files, degraded output, rejected uploads, business interruption, loss of revenue, or decisions made from educational content on the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Sarawak, Malaysia, unless applicable law requires another venue.
