Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026. PixelXTrim is designed for quick browser-based image work. Whenever possible, your images are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our server. This policy explains what information may be handled when you use the website, the image tools, contact channels, analytics, hosting, and any future advertising features.
Information we do not collect
Your images never leave your device during normal free-tool use. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect image file names, image content, EXIF data, or edited output files. We do not sell uploaded images, and we do not use uploaded images to train artificial intelligence systems.
Information we may collect
PixelXTrim does not require accounts for the free tools. To operate and improve the website, we may receive limited technical information that a browser normally sends to a website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate region, and timestamps. This information helps maintain security, diagnose errors, understand which tools are useful, and improve page performance.
We use Google Analytics to understand page views, tool usage patterns, and browser types. Analytics data is used in aggregate. Where available, IP address masking or privacy-conscious configuration is used.
Images and files
When you choose an image inside a tool, the file is used to generate the requested output. The intended workflow is browser-based processing whenever possible: the browser reads the file, previews it, applies the selected compression, resizing, cropping, or conversion step, and creates a downloadable result. PixelXTrim does not intentionally store your uploaded images on its server for the free tools.
Some browser operations may temporarily keep file data in your device memory while the page is open. Closing the tab, clearing the file, or refreshing the page removes the working preview from the page. You should not process images that you do not own, do not have permission to edit, or are too sensitive to handle in a web browser.
Cookies and advertising
PixelXTrim may use essential cookies or local browser storage if needed to remember user preferences. Analytics services may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and improve the site.
If Google AdSense is enabled after approval, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve, personalize, limit, and measure ads based on prior visits to PixelXTrim or other websites. You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
Third-party services
The site may use Cloudflare for CDN, performance, and abuse prevention. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata for security and delivery. PixelXTrim may also use web hosting, analytics, email, and advertising providers so the website can load, remain secure, measure performance, and respond to user messages.
Contact messages
If you email PixelXTrim, we may keep your email address, message content, and related metadata so we can respond, investigate bugs, handle legal requests, and improve the website. Do not send sensitive images or confidential documents unless they are necessary for your request.
Children's privacy
PixelXTrim is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Your choices
You can avoid sending contact information by not emailing us, clear local browser storage through your browser settings, and use browser privacy controls to block or limit third-party cookies. If you have contacted us, you may request to view, correct, or delete personal data we hold from that message. We will make a reasonable effort to respond unless retention is needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
